Plate Bender

So I got in a little fender bender and it pulled off her license plate and plate cover.?

When the plate and cover got pulled out and damaged so now they need to be replaced. And also she said that since the bolts got ripped out they had to reshape the holes. All of those things are understandable but she is telling me that buffing out the bumper and reshaping the holes cost 85 dollars and I think that WAY too much. So I have 3 questions I could use some help on.

1) How much does it cost to replace just 1 TX license plate (in the front)?

2) How much does it cost for just a generic plate cover? nothing expensive just the cheapest you can get.

3) How much do you think these simple repairs and new plate and plate cover should cost altogether?

To be honest if you caused the accident she can get it done at the most expensive shop if she wants, while I agree that it seems to cost you alot for so little you should call and get estimates infact your insurance advises you to. You are lucky she isn't having the whole bumper replaced. I have been in youre shoes and had to go through it sorry not more help
