Laser Silk

I have problem with my legs!! Any advice?

I have tried many ways to shave my legs but I finally came up with braun silk epil machine. But anyhow, at the end I find my legs not smooth, with a lot of ingrown hairs and also there are spots everywhere! Another problem is that they start growing so quickly and that is what annoys me more than anything! I wanted to try laser therapy but I found it expensive. Any healthy and non-expensive advice? I dream of wearing skirts!

i use teh braun silk epil machine too. first do it slowly and try to get every spot on your legs. don't take a shower right after. there will be spots but they will go away. if there is still hairs then shave the rest but don't go shaving the whole thing cuz then you will have really thick hair on your legs and i don't think u want that. even better, don't shave them...try waxing them. then you will only have to do it once every two or three weeks. put lotion on your legs too. i even do my arms and it is great.
